HERB has planned a 4-5 mile moderate fall hike on the AT in the Blue Mountains. There will also be a stop to visit the “Bloody Spring” where settlers died in an Indian raid. We will park in an AT parking lot, hike on the AT and return by a woods road. All hikers must have at least some florescent orange displayed. The hike leader will have extras for those without. We will follow all the required guidelines. There are some rocks and hills. Come out and experience the mountain in late fall. Lunch afterwards is an option.
MEET: 9:00 A.M. @ Old Church Road parking lot of Blue Marsh off of Route 183 near Bernville.
TELEPHONE: Leader Herb Van Horn 484-252-9493c with questions.
