BEV will lead
the LANDINGVILLE MARSH TRAIL,
a flat loop trail alongside the Schuylkill
River that includes part of the John Bartram Trail and the foundation
for the oldest transportation tunnel in the country. We will then use a
little traveled road to the village of Landingville and return via the
John Bartram trail. Hike will be
around 4 miles. There were facilities in the village in the past; I don’t know if they’re currently open.
