The BERKS COUNTY WANDERERS are part of the Berks County Comunity Hiking Club. Their walks and hikes are held primarily on Thursday mornings. Thursday Oct 20, 2016 - French Creek/Six Penny

HERB has planned a 5-6 mile circular walk in the French Creek Six Penny area. We will access the park from a little used parking lot, make several easy small stream crossings and explore this once thriving, but now abandoned site. Some may have good memories of picnicking and swimming here years ago! Optional lunch later.

MEET: 10:00 A.M. @ the parking lot by the entrance to Scott's Run Lake to carpool.
