HERB has mapped an easy 4-5 mile shuttle hike in the French Creek State Park area. We will walk around Mt. Pleasure using Harmonyville Road, the ever winding Horse-Shoe Trail, and other park roads and trails. The trees should be in full color and mirrored in Hopewell Lake, as we walk by. There will be few hills and rocks. Lunch afterwards is an option.
MEET: 9:30 AM at the playground parking lot adjacent to Hopewell Lake Boat Ramp, off of Park Road, near the French Creek State Park Visitors Center.
