Thursday July 3, 2014 - Trail Magic
ELLEN and HERB are planning another “Trail-Magic” event. This will be on the AT north of Reading. It is a combination food/drink give-away for thru-hikers and a picnic and a 5-6 mile hike for the BCHC group. The event will be held rain or shine.

I'm one of the thru-hikers who came upon your amazing trail magic back in July - "Wing It" is my name (I was packing out the hunting arrow I found along the trail...).
ReplyDeleteI summitted Mount Katahdin on September 23rd, and I wanted to thank you all - it was some of the best trail magic I had the whole AT! In particular, thank you to Herb and Ellen for organizing, and thank you to Annelise (? - the woman from the Netherlands) for her advise talking to me about my career and future. Let her know that I am looking into the Peace Corps!
And let me know if there's an address I could send a Katahdin postcard to :-)
